I'd like to see more brewers put what they believe is the ideal temperature and drinking vessel for their beverages. Sure its up to the individual, but the brewer must have what he believes are the right conditions to consume that particular release, or what conditions he intended it to be consumed. I know a lot of people who like to pour stouts and other styles in frosted glasses and serve ice cold. They are unknowingly missing out on what the beer really has to offer.
