Haha spot on with the 1000/2000 thing. Always tempted to suggest something totally unobtainable

Yeah but you'll knock down more pins with something heavier. For that I prefer Bud Heavy.

I second the Chicago thing! I can't stand that place. Just a crowed, overpriced mess of a city!

The only justification for having a flight at a brewery is to decide what beer you want to take home with you. A 4oz. sampler should never be used as the basis for a rating or, god forbid, a full review.

Rolling Rock is a great summer beer!

Much less 1oz-2oz "pours" at a bottle share. I won't say there's some set amount of a beer you need to drink before you've really gotten a feel for it...but I can pretty confidently say it's not 1oz-2oz.

I don't get the appeal of Pliny to be honest, but since a lot people like it, maybe I'm missing out on something.

Cue @marquis - "you can't properly judge a beer until you've had at least 37 imperial pints of it consecutively over the course of a session; preferably at a 500 year old inn, in front of a roaring fire, with Porridge and Grosvenor (my springer spaniels) curled at my feet following a successful day's pheasant shooting at Lord Margadale's estate in Wiltshire"

The way you put it, I can actually see the mist rising over the hedgerows.

No 4 pack of cans should cost more than $15. Looking at you Foam, Exhibit A, Trillium, etc. Highway robbery.

You need 37 pints to decide what you will drink for the rest of the session
