Conversations Update: Prefix Filtering & Participant Groups

To make managing your Inbox and conversing with multiple BAs easier, we just enabled two advanced conversation features.

Prefixes
If you've used certain forums on this site, you've see how prefixes work. It's an easy way to tag, group, and filter things. And now it applies to your conversations. You can create up to 5 custom prefixes, and apply them when creating a new conversation or to existing conversations using the checkbox/toolbar.

Participant Groups
Have a group of BAs that you converse with frequently? Now you can create up to 5 custom groups of participants to make starting a new multi-participant conversation easier.

(Doesn't apply to BA app; yet.)

You can access these new features in your Inbox or via your account settings.
