I'm new to the concept, so the guidance and wisdom of the experts on this forum would be appreciated. I bought a used 36 bottle wine cooler and need to replace the wire wine bottle racks. Any recommendations as to what shelving works best? Wood? Glass? Flat wire racks? Any other thoughts or low cost approaches? Looks like I'll have enough room for bombers at the bottom, a shelf for 12oz, and another shelf for cans. Thanks in advance.

I think all of those suggestions will work well. The main thing is just to make sure it will hold weight, but if you're putting the bombers on the bottom it shouldn't be an issue. Glass shelving always looks nice, imo. Plywood would work just fine as a low-cost approach.

Air circulation might be an issue with a larger fridge but for a mini it shouldn't matter too much. A few people here got machined aluminum with holes to replace the stock wine fridge shelves.
