I went to the store today with the intention of buying some beer to put in the cellar. I walked into the beer cooler and found a 4pk each of Narwhal (2014) and Bigfoot (2015).

Now every other beer that I have bought to age (like 5, I'm a total rookie at this) has been purchased at room temp and then brought down to cellar temp. I'm wondering if letting the beer warm up from the cooler temp to cellar temp will do anything to sabotage or hinder the aging process?

I'm also wondering this just in general because I was given 2 of the SN 30th anniversary beers at cooler temperature about a year ago and I have kept them in my fridge this whole time for fear of letting them warm to cellar temp and ruining the beer.

Any opinions or insight people could offer would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Nothing to worry about - as long as it's not brought up quickly, you'll have no problems with the change. In fact, changing temps isn't really a problem for most beer - as long as it doesn't go to extremes (don't leave it in your car on a hot day, for instance.)
Light is more of a problem to beer than temp changes are.
