Coors Banquet in MA?

    Does anyone know when Coors Banquet was finally available in Massachusetts? I can't find anything online.

    Only using Burlington as a point of reference, but it's available in several packaging formats at that Total Wine. If not close to you, maybe you have one closer that has it.

    Sorry...let me clarify. I'm curious when Coors began shipping beer East of the Mississippi more importantly when it was delivered to bars and packies in Massachusetts.

    I used to get in down in Florida when visiting my grandfather around 1983-1984 (I was 16yrs old- drinking age was 18 or 19 IIRC and not really enforced). I don't think it made it up to the northeast until about 5 years after that.

    My dad and I wired a distributors cooler (20,00 sq/ft) just for Coors in 1982.
    Chicopee Ma.
    A side note, Coors insisted that the cooler be at 34 Deg for a week before the first insulated rail car could be accepted. Rail car arrived at 36 deg from Boulder, and every one there after needed to be checked for temps no greater than 40 deg.
