Can someone rec some good bottle/can shops in Copenhagen where I could grab some beers to enjoy on the balcony of my airbnb? Staying in Vesterbro/Fredericksberg and have seen the Mikkeler General Store + Warpig have beer to go, but it looks like mainly singles at $7-12 USD per 16oz can so hoping to find something more economical but still some top notch stuff. Going to be in town for 8 days for a wedding and just generally hanging out so looking to supplement brew pub visits with some beers for home. Thanks
It's been a few years since I've been there, but I'd check out Mikkeller and Friends, Mikkeller and Friends Bottle shop, as well as the basement at Kihoskh.
7-12 USD is pretty much the price for decent stuff here. However I believe Kihoskh might be a little cheaper than the Mikkeller locations.
If you like IPAs I will definitely recommend Amager Bryghus, Gamma Brewing and Dry & Bitter who are all Danish breweries. They are also in the lower end of the price range as they are not imported.
