Answering my own question as I write this but would anybody cellar this for longer than a typical IPA? At 9% I was thinking I'd be ok for a little bit - curious your thoughts if there's any reason to hold on to one for a while or vice versa should I just drink them asap. Had them for about a month now.

    Thanks all

It's a Triple (http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/style/58/), not an IPA. So, you can age it. And why would anyone cellar an IPA? But a lot of reviews suggest that it's more of an IPA/DIPA than a Tripel. That's what happens when breweries decide to over-hop every style.

Unholy is dry-hopped w/ American hops, so it's not a traditional Belgian Tripel. Drink it as fresh as possible!
