Confession: I don't really buy PW stuff anymore. Between trying to keep up with HA and HB one-offs, FR stuff, clearly Corridor, I don't have enough drinking time to add 'em. Never even made it to the Dojo.

Corridor is within walking distance, and is my favorite NE player in the city, so I'd rather they keep everything local.

 

Corridor should open a few more brewpubs in the city in neighborhoods similar to Southport.

 

I had a work Cubs outing with a dinner and convinced a few others to hit Corridor. They had a new hazy on, ghostland wanderer. It was tasty - I guess they used belma and grungeist hops. Typical great mouthfeel from Corridor.

+1, I actually don't mind Dry Hop either just seems silly to not merge the two shops to maximize production and streamline operations.

Thanks for the update. It’s tasting fantastic. Brambi also quite delicious.

 

CJB tastes great as always. I enjoyed Ghostland but really loved Brambi. I loved getting a chance to pop in with the long weekend.

 

I swung by for a burger yesterday and had Tasman Flowers. It's outrageously good, and I forgot how much I missed Nelson hops.

Also, they have a DDH blonde (Noble Blonde: Citra). I prefer my blondes very crisp and kinda thin (I like them as summer beers), but they rounded out the body on this one, and it's interesting.

 

Well. Corridor won Silver in Juicy/Hazy Double IPA. So, when’s that expansion?

 

Aaaaand now they also have a Gold.
