Maybe so. I guess it depends on if they're trying to satisfy demand in their home market, or make sure that all of their markets get a little taste. Every brewery's theory is slightly different, so I'm curious what Goose Island's is.

I agree. Texas is far too large a market for them to ignore.

Your right, just looked again. It has it listed under beers not currently in production, I over looked that:slight_smile: To bad, I love that beer.

In my poking around to get prepared to apply for the GI Rep job, I found that they will be bringing their "Vintage Ales" to Texas. While BCS is not on that list, I'm betting we'll see it soon enough...here's what IS on the "Vintage Ales" list:

    Matilda
    Sofie
    Pere Jacques
    Juliet
    Pepe Nero
    Madame Rose
    Lolita

    Not too shabby!

I hope BCBS does go nationwide that way there will be no more outrageous demands for this beer in the trading forums. Imagine the day when BCBS trades $4$ for other good locals. Beer trading nirvana.

Aah, yes...the good old days! I still have a few '07 and '08 from those happier, simpler times...but with their upped production, I hope it won't be the wild goose chase (Rock Me!) taht it is now...
