is fantastic. Bitter. Hoppy. Grapefruit. My kind of IPA. Sounds like there will be more experimental hop beers in the near future. And while there, I noticed Founders Boyl'Rmayk'r on tap. I had never even heard of this beer. Very nice barrel aged pale ale.
Just had Alpha and found it big and bold. The hop character is outstanding especially for single hopped. Glad the thread got started as I wouldn't have hit Country Boy without the heads up.
We have a keg of this in Elizabethtown. I'm curious to try it. Should be on tap around NYE at packages & more liquors for growler fills.
The Alpha Experiment is good, indeed. Just had a pint on tap at Lost River in BG. Wouldn't believe in a million years that it was 7.5% with how refreshing it was. This was my first Country Boy beer and I'm super excited to try more in the future.
