@PapaGoose03 ’s Saison - Traditional and Saison - Cultured tags make a lot of sense to me; an even more simple way might be “Saison” and “Saison - Wild”.
And I finally got around to reading the article in Craft Beer & Brewing — yes, these are pretty clearly two different ales, and I agree should have differentiating style names.
