Headed to Ibiza for a 4-day weekend (cheap flights from NY!) in a couple weeks. We're there to beach + relax...not into the club all night scene (and it's off season anyway). I wouldn't mind getting some decent beer. Any suggestions?
I am interested in answers to this too. We are going on a Mediterranean cruise next fall. Looking for a craft beer bar on the beach in Ibiza. I know there are two breweries on the island - I believe they open in the evening.
Unfortunately Ibosim (craft brewery on the island) is closed for the season, it seems. Drove out there and it was closed on a Saturday at 7pm, so I'm guessing that's a no.

We're late to the party but we're answering in case you come back and want to have a craft beer made in Ibiza Ibosim Brewhouse (located in Port des Torrent) is open March/April till October, you can see our exact opening hours on our facebook page @cervezasibosim since they change depending on high/low season. We're brewing all year round so if you would like to come by for some take away bottles there's no problem, it's better to contact us before just to make sure that we are there. You can also find our beers in other bars and restaurants around the island. Cheers!
