Craft beer in Miami Beach

    I have a friend in the Miami Beach area on business who is willing to be my mule. Where should I send her and what should she look for? She is staying on Collins Ave and I am in Western New York. While NY does get Cigar City, my area does not. Thanks!

    Unfortunately there aren't any really great stores on the Beach. What part of the Beach will she be working? Your best bets are the supermarkets...Whole Foods and Fresh Market you'll be able to find some Cigar City and Terrapin, Bells too. Those are both on South Beach...if she's in midbeach, there's a Publix on Collins and 69th that carries Jai Alai and Maduro in the separate liquor store.

    If she can get to a Total Wine, they usually have the best selection down here.

    1. Gulf Liquors - 17 street and Alton Rd.

    2. Whole Foods - 10 street and Alton Rd.

    3. Publix - 6 street, between Alton Road and Lenox Ave.

    4. Fresh Market - 18 street and Bay Rd.

    I would say The Whole Foods Market on Alton Road and 10th. They carry Cigar City (Jai Alai and Maduro Brown).
