I'll be heading over to Naples from Boca Raton for the 4th of July Weekend and I was wondering if there were any local stores/bars that would be worth checking out. I was hoping to find anything not readily available on the east coast of South Florida like Cigar City bombers or anything else that may not make it over our way often.
Total wine our best bottle shop. South Street prob best beer bar and good food too. Mercato is a night life spot - there you can hit the Pub, Taps, and the whole foods there actually has a small bar that sometimes gets some nice stuff.
Naples Total Wine as posted above. South Street has 45 craft on draft. Right now they have Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro on draft. Whole Foods has the second best bottle selection with 16 on draft. Taps has about 20 on draft and about 300 by bottle. The Pub has a very good Scottish/Irish selection on draft. Some great beers there. Whole Foods, Taps, and The Pub are all in Mercato. Avenue Wine Cafe on 5th Avenue is great place as well. About 12 on draft and 150 by bottle. Total Wine and Whole Foods are the best bottle shops. South Street and Avenue Wine Cafe are the best bars.
Anyone in Naples been to Fox Boro Tavern/sports bar? Place anygood? one of my customers tells he loves it there.
