This has to be Vietnamese owned......... They have a whole bunch of coffee bars in Westminster already like these......

There's Salty Dawg and Second Base Bar in Orange/Anaheim. They have craft options, always Sculpin... Lag IPA.... Union Jack usually.... There's actually a bunch of these in the north OC beach and inland area
