Try these if you get a chance: Pod Wawelem Kompania Kuflowa @ Świętej Gertrudy 26/29, 31-048 Kraków, Poland This is a restaurant and beer hall with a nice outdoor garden. Wezze Krafta is on your list, they have a nice garden. Also there is a permanent kind of outdoor market at the corner Waksa & Swetgo Wawzynca. They have food trucks, coffee stalls and when I was there craft beer vendors. Tables to share and if I recall correctly, a really cool laid back vibe.
