    Would anyone know a source of revenue data (historical) for USA (Independent or Craft or micro) breweries?

    It's doubtful privately owned craft brewers will release revenue numbers to the public.

    The Craft Brew Alliance (CBA) is publicly-traded so they have public financial reports. http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=95666&p=irol-IRHome
    (CBA = mainly Red Hook, Widmer, Kona, and Omission with some other minor brands and partnerships)
