I only found one posting on Steamboat Springs in this forum and it didn't indicate much. Going there in February with family and was hoping there is a good selection of craft beer bars and restaurants with good craft drafts? Any advice or insights?
It's pretty thin up here. Carl's usually has the better selection, but still pretty poor in comparison to front range establishments. Bistro CV is improving on their bottle list, but a bit on the expensive side. Check out Ski Haus liquor for a solid selection of craft brews. The staff their are super friendly and helpful. Butcherknife Brewing should be open by then, but will only have a tasting room. I imagine some of their brews will make their way around town.
