Creating a SpreadSheet or Word Document from

BA Top Beer lists or from your own Beers you reviewed.

I remember reading here a while ago that someone provide a technique on how to do this.
I scanned and search the forums to see if I could find it again.

Does anyone have a procedure on how to take any of the listings on BA and downloading them into a SpreadSheet or Word Document.

I've been doing a barbaric Copy/Paste to do this, but there is too much after-editing that I need to do to make it look presentable.
