Creature Comforts - Koko Buni Can Release

There in not. I imagine everywhere is out by this point.

There are, however, plenty of places to get it on draft and pick up growlers.

 

Whats everyones take on this beer?

Especially those of us that have had it on draft when they first opened, and draft/cans this year.

I love the shrink wrap artwork on the cans, for sure. They really look great.

I do find a difference in Cans v. Draft.

 

Which do you prefer and why? I haven't picked up any cans but I'm curious if I should stick with draft.

 

I like the cans. I find more coconut there as well as chocolate. On draft the body is nicer and great coffee notes.

Overall I think cans do this beer well but draft isn't far behind.

It's probably one of my favorite seasonals. I enjoy it a bunch, and I'm really becoming a huge fan of creature comforts. I hope they pump the brakes and continue the steady climb.

 

Any cans still around the Atlanta area?

I know they had. 12/28 canning. Might be the freshest out for Atlanta if still around. Which is unlikely

I know at least Growler Spot and Just Tap'd got it. Just Tap'd reserved it for Beer Club members. I imagine Growler Spot is sold out by now but it's probably worth a call.

 

Had a can last night and totally agree. I definitely prefer the cans over draft right now, thanks for the tip!

 

I'm heading to the Dallas Acworth area right now. In fact, I'm going tho be at Barrett Pkwy soon. Any trop/koko/brettomatic sightings nearby?

 

For anyone not in the Atlanta area, Galaxy spirits in Warner Robins has Koko Buni and plenty of it. I bought 2 four packs yesterday when I was in there and there was plenty left on the shelf. I had one last night and I was seriously disappointed.
