Creature Comforts to Release Yonah Skins & Eukaryote Sept. 26



Yonah Skins is a 7.1% ABV oak-aged lager with local grape skins from Yonah Mountain Vineyards’ 2019 Petit Verdot harvest. This beer stemmed from The Curious No. 10 made in collaboration with Jester King Brewery. We loved it so much that we decided to make it a standalone brand.

This beer is a proud addition to our fruited mixed-culture farm celebrations, a continuing effort to explore the historical relationship between brewers and farmers.

Yonah Skins is available to pre-purchase now on CraftCellr. It will be available on Sept. 26 in the taproom by the glass or in 500mL bottles to go.






Eukaryote is a 4.0% ABV dry-hopped mixed-culture table saison featuring DaySpring wheat, Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, and dry-hopped with New Zealand Rakau.

Like many life forms on earth, you are a eukaryote. Even our friends, the brewing yeasts, are part of this broad group of organisms.
