Does anyone know how many batches of Persica there have been? I've done a little searching online, and it looks like there were 420 bottles of the super whale Batch 1 made, but since then, anyone know what the availability and number of batches has been? Thanks!
None made since then. There was supposed to be a batch made earlier this year, but the "peachiness" wasn't up to snuff for Chad. This beer was then aged with hibiscus flowers and became Waelz Blood (the Cheers! 2012 Cellar Reserve blend for 2013). The next batch(es) of Persica (edit: Persica Blend #1 & Persica Blend #2 are what they're called) are going to be released to the Cellar Reserve members this Saturday. That's it. I don't know bottle counts on any of the batches, but they are only sold to Cellar Reserve members.
