Am coming home for a few days in December. Currently live in Sydney, AU.

Is Hitting the Crooked Stave Tap room worth doing, or should I just bypass it and it up Denver Brewing and some of the newbies popping up besides doing Great Divide, Avery, Dry Dock and Bull and Bush?

Have not been home since 2010 so imagine the scene is quite fun.

By December, our new spot will be up and running and will be a must hit destination. See you in December.

Absolutely worth it and, like kkrez said, they'll be at their new location called The Source located in the River North neighborhood by then. Really look forward to it!

If your a fan of Brett yeast and world class sours, then absolutely. On top of that, good bartenders and even the Soup Guru is cool too.

FWIW, I've tried it a couple of times and found that sobriety is overrated.

spent this past weekend in the boulder/denver area and visiting the barrel cellar was one of the biggest highlights. my wife and i have loved their beers since we tried them at funkwerks awhile back and it was one of our most anticipated stops and it still exceeded all expecations. we also went with 2 others who are not really familiar with anything other than macros and they also loved it.
