Crux house yeast?

    Anyone know what their house yeast is?

    Really enjoyed their Mosaic DIPA, it seemed to have a subtle belgian yeast character.

    Have no idea, but agree with you on the Mosaic DIPA (at least regarding the quality). Personally, I didn't pick up a subtle Belgian yeast character, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there. Great beer... not sure it's $7 a 12 ounce glass great, but it's a very, very tasty beer.
