Thanks I'll keep this in the future. I haven't been to DFH yet and I know you have to reserve the tour in advanced.

It's a pretty laid back place, so I don't think reservations are required (I could be wrong!). Every time I have gone there they just ask if one is taking the tour and stamp one's hand accordingly.

I think the reserved tours are gone. It was first come when I went there a few years ago. It is a great tour

Having done the 95 corridor a number of times (mostly the DC to Philly stretch), I've done the same thing before with stopping along the way. Below are some of the ones that I've hit, or have my eye on. They may not be the best in their respective cities, but I've been happy so far. And all are convenient to the highway (10 mins max, most under 5)

    • Black Flag (Columbia, MD. Hysteria Brewing supposedly opening soon, will be right down the street from Black Flag)
    • Heavy Seas (Halethorpe, MD)
    • Diamondback (Baltimore. Haven't been to brewery, but have had some really good stuff from them and they're basically right on top of 95)
    • Red Brick Station (White Marsh, MD. It's a brew pub, rather than a brewery)
    • 2SP (PA between Philly and Wilmington)
    • Flying Fish (Vorhees, NJ. Better if you're taking 295 or the NJ TP. There were a few other breweries nearby that I had an eye on, but FF was the only one open the day I was in the area)

Hi everyone. Thanks for all the rec. Pressed with time, I was able to hit Magnify (got cans for PoR and Rock Me Dr Saic), Tire Hands Fermentaria (late so I wasn't able to really enjoy the beers but got a bottle of Ourison and Dudley glass), Trenton Road Take as well as State Line Liquors. I would definitely be back to Tired Hands in the future and other NJ breweries.
