Custom BA Emojis

    So yeah we all have some fun with the Emoji feature around here but they are just so generic or universal I guess???

    We utilize Slack at my work with the ability to create any Emoji we desire (within the code of conduct obvi).

    Who doesn't want a Pliny tag to use or a dancing Rince Cochon piggy, maybe a walking Yeti idk so many fun ideas we can incorporate? @Todd how about a "drink more lagers" emojee :beers::grin:

    I would venture a guess that this is not something that would be possible prior to the upgrade of the forums software to a current version but @Todd would need to verify this.

    I seem to remember there being a different set of emojis a few years ago. I very rarely use them. This :poop:‘s for you @dcotom

    One of the challenges with emojis is that most sites want to minimize the opportunity to offend others, and in the last few years the things that might offend someone have expanded exponentially (noose, donkey, gun, etc).

    Some sites allow users to insert any emoji, including Windows (windows key and period) emojis which are highly politically-correct, but still offer a lot more than BA. I recall @Todd saying something about emojis in reference to the impending upgrade of the forum software.

    I rarely use emojis but I'm not against having more of them. I am against taking any away from this site, I don't see anything offensive, except for the poop maybe for some people.

    Of course, the shocking lack of beer-oriented emojis is cause for reflection. But now I wonder-- who is responsible for this array of picto-dreck? Normally I would accuse ill-paid programmers in China, but with their wonderful characters they would just type
    狗屎火 and be done with it.
