Anyone know when this is supposed to hit south east Wisconsin? Curious if I should have my father-in-law look for some or if I'll be able to grab it when I'm up at Christmas..

It's in Madison now, so it should be everywhere soon.

Picked mine up at Steve's on University in Madison yesterday. It might be around now in the SE.

Is this coming out already? I thought it didn't come out until the spring - or is that just peruvian and barleywine?

Yes, I just saw some last weekend while bottle hunting but for the life of me, can’t remember exactly where (sorry!)

Call Metcalf’s West side. I think it was there. If i come across it again, I can le you know.

This has been a December release for a while; those are usually Feb or Jan.

There are some Brewhouse Coffee at Le Cork - a small liquor store in Mt Horeb (about a 20 min drive west of Madison). Bought one yesterday.

Le Cork also had some barrel aged stout that was apparently made by Goose Island.

Can't wait to stock up on my favorite session-barrel-aged stout.

I made the mistake of passing on it at the Central Waters Anniversary party after punishing my wallet, thinking I'd just pick it up in Minnesota, but for some reason it was available only in tiny quantities, & I missed it greatly. Won't make the same mistake this year!

Stoked that this is hitting shelves once again! CW's barrel progarm is outstanding and they treat us damn good too. You can say what you want about BCBS in comparison; I love it too. But for CW BB stout at $10-$12 a 4 pack; it's is a stand out. Can't wait for Peruivan and 16 is going to be awesome. Thanks CW for WI's best barrel program!

Will it be that cheap again? The BA Scotch Ale was $14.99 at Woodman's this fall.

Really? Must be an Illinos/border markup. LaCrosse, Madison, and central WI was $10.99 for bb scotch ale. I guess I can understand it being more further out and can appreciate your point. With that said, I think CW works hard to keep their beer affordable and it should be appreciated.
