I have a couple bottles of each, obviously drink one fresh. But was wondering what people's thoughts were on sitting on this, until winter. It says on each bottle to drink fresh, but they are both BA. Not sure if they are worth risking cellaring to winter or to sit for 5-8 months.

Thank you all in advance for your thoughts, help and advice on this. Cheers!

Being as it was released on Tuesday I doubt anyone has any suggestions about long term other than what the bottle says to do.

I do know in the past that there has been a bunch of cycle beers that have faded over time.

I nominate you for site guinea pig on this aging experiment. Save a bottle for winter and let us know if it's any good!

If someone wants to send me two bottles of each release from this week, I volunteer to do the hard work of comparing them fresh and aged.

Since Monday's was a coffee, I will probably have that one sooner rather than later. I want to do Tuesday's side by side with IGCS. Didn't get Wednesdays or today's, but Thursday's with TG, definitely not sure. It should be sweet, more like an English style but unsure , but would imagine sweet with the honey.

Yeah, very true. I guess I should have asked about previous Cycle releases. I got a little trigger happy, this is my first Cycle or AC release, so wanted to make sure I did their beers justice.

Thank you for letting me know about previous Cycle beers, this is very beneficial for me
