    I love craft beer and am new to beer trading. I plan to attend the release tomorrow, and plan to pick up a couple RareR DOS for myself, and likely some to trade. Can anyone familiar with beer trading please advise if this is a good beer to own for trading? There are many great beers out there I wish to try, and figure if I can have something others strongly want, perhaps I'll get to try some of the beers I wish to try. See details below.

    The time has come. RareR DOS bottle release starts tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, at 3 p.m. No growlers, these are actual (bonafide) bottles.

    $20 per bottle. A limited supply of RareR DOS will be available on tap for $9 per snifter.

    This is not an event like we have done in the past, with a multitude of taps and special one-off kegs. This is just a bottle release of RareR DOS.

    These won't trade for crap. Mostly just shelf beer. I wouldn't waste my time going and paying a crazy $20/bottle. :confused:

    You'd be better off going down to Funky Buddha today for some real trade bait!

    I'm all for it. Support your locals. I'm a bit sad I can't make a 4 hour trip north to get a couple bottles but at least I can get BA Muy Bonita today.

    Yeah it doesn't look like there is any interest in RareR DOS over at the FT:ISO forum. LOL.

    Cause a 7 hour round trip is totally worth it to spend the time and money on 2 $25 bottles. In the end, those 2 bottles would cost one of us in the Bay area around $50 per bottle, at minimum, when you factor gas into the equation.
