Seems like they had quite a few last night when I left at 8:30-ish. Prob will sell out in the line today as it seems to be a little more people than yesterday.

You could slap an Angry Chair Label on an empty Dasani Bottle that was filled with Dog Piss and it would sell out in under two hours these days..they are the "hot" Brewery in Tampa right now..never a doubt that this would be the quick sellout of this weeks Cycle/Other Releases

Thursday should be the fun one.... Normally a Cycle vs Toppling Goliath colab would be the sell out of the week, but this one being a Barleywine and not a stout will be the wild card.

I've heard a lot of people saying they are skipping that one.

Most I know are skipping that release and the general consensus is Cycle/Toppling Goliath not doing a Stout is a wasted/missed opportunity..think a DBR/Assassin Combo would have generated a bit of hype?

Funny, most I've spoken to are intrigued by the barleywine. But I agree with the stout being a missed opportunity.

I remember a few years ago when Cigar City announced they were going to be doing a collab with Alesmith and I thought it was an amazing opportunity for two of the best brewers of stouts to get together...and then they released a Belgian dubbel. Why must these breweries do this to us?

I actually am really looking forward to the TG/Cycle barleywine colab. In my opinion one of the best beers Cycle has made recently was Buddy Shots the old ale aged in Jameson barrels. Wish I had more bottles of it. Hoping this barleywine is as good. And its nice to see something besides another adjunct stout at this rate I think Cycle may be shooting to release 20+ BA adjunct stouts this year alone. I do love their stouts, but I am most excited for the barleywine this go around!

Guess you think people wait in suits, Sunday best clothes in the humidity don't have jobs? If you show up by 7:30 you will be out of there by ~8:30 to get bottles, and get to work by 9:00. Working 9-5 isn't everyone's schedule... but disrespecting people because you are butt hurt for missing bottles, thinking you could show up up at night time on the second day is BS.

No one is butt hurt or trying to be disrespectful. My comment was for JDubb who goes out of his way to be a dick. Sorry I you were offended. Glad you got your bottles.

For tomorrow, some of us may be asking ourselves, wtf is a Double Chocolate Bourbon Barrel? Well, I know at least I was asking wtf is a Double Chocolate Bourbon Barrel...

Quick internet search brought this up, never heard of such a thing in my life, but, do you all think this is on the right track here?

Yes. Cycle has used Pritchard's DCB Barrels before for DCB Dos. I suspect they got a hold of some more.
