Cycler's Brewing - Breakaway IPA - tastes like...cigarettes?

    Has anyone else had this? I got a growler fill two days ago and opened it last night. Took a sip, and had to have my wife tell me what she thought it tasted like as I thought I was going crazy because all I was tasting was cigarettes. She also said cigarettes.

    Did I get a growler fill from a bad keg or something???

    I cannot speak of the Breakaway IPA but I had a similar experience with JK Commercial Suicide. Opened a bottle and poured myself a glass and all I tasted was cigarettes. I couldn't even stomach it, had to drain pour the entire bottle.

    Hopefully this was an isolated incident with the breakaway IPA.
