D.C. Visit

    Goingto be in D.C. Next weekend for a conference. Will be staying by the convention center. Looking for recommendatione on breweries and places to eat in the area.Thanks.

    In addition to those, you are in very easy walking distance to City Tap House, RFD, Iron Horse, Brasserie Beck, District Chop House (brews their own).

    Lost & Found is super close to the convention center. Columbia Room puts together a nice cocktail. Also can vouch for RFD, Partisan, City Tap. And Churchkey really isnt a far walk, which IMO has the best list in town.

    EDIT: Most of the bars maintain their lists online, so my suggestion is to check out their lists when you're sitting in the airport or right when you arrive. Decide what sounds cool and head out based on that.
