    I have a buddy that's in D.C. For 21 days for work anything g that is from that area or that distributes to that area I should get him to get for me?

    He will have to go to the brewery to get it (in cans), its almost never on store shelves.

    A few local breweries/beers to look for (depending on your tastes)

    Union Double Duckpin (just released in cans - also have a nice pale ale and altbier)
    Flying Dog The Truth/Bloodline
    Evolution Lot 6/Lot 3/Rise Up Stout
    Hardywood Park The Great Return (they also just started bottling a great pilsner)

    When looking for Lot 6 and Lot 3, check the bottling date. For some reason, both those beers can sit for months. If you find fresh, I prefer Lot 6 over Double Duckpin and The Truth. Good stuff.
