For NEIPA: Celestial Brewing in Dallas or Turning Point in Bedford near DFW airport. For a wide variety of good beers Peticolas in Dallas is probably the best. My favorite brewery right now is probably Pegasus City. I really like their English bitter, Porter, black lager, and English mild. Braindead Brewing in Deep Ellum has the best Pilsners in DFW and I understand the rest of their beers are very high quality. They have quite good food as well.
