Friends/family members are moving to the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. One of them just graduated college and as a gift, I’d like to buy a gift card to a local brewery (Preferably with a pub for grub) for them. Besides the obvious Deep Ellum Brewery, what are some other good options? Not that it matters too much because he is starting to explore styles outside, but he is slightly of the hazeboi variety of beer drinkers. Again, not a mandatory prerequisite though. Thanks!
Brain dead has good beer and food options, but not really known for hazy ipas though they rotate guess beers on tap so normally have a goof assortment to choose from. Celestial has some good haze but its not deep ellum, haze to make a little trek in a car/uber, but not far.
