I'm pretty sure none of them post their draft selections online anywhere. Whole Foods Park Lane had a mailing list at one point, but I haven't heard from them in a while. You can always just call them and ask for the beer/specialty department.

The Bottle Shop will annouce their new tappings on their fb page. Looks like they have Velvet Hammer on tap now.

Bottle Shop is usually your best option.

Are we ignoring Craft & Growler for fill options?
Whole Foods Highland Park (Jason) sends out lists of just in, but not growler fills. I bet he would if coaxed.

In my opinion C&G is the best option if you are looking for local beer.

Considering this was from 2012, not ignoring. They weren't an option back then.

Would love to see more fill options for my growlers on the west side...Mansfield, even! (I can dream)
