I recently traded with someone and one of the bottles I sent broke. I got an email from UPS that they removed the damaged item, repacked it and were shipping it back to me. I spoke to the guy I was trading with. He said to send it to him anyway, which I & UPS did. He told me which one broke (Lunch). I sent him another and a Parabola as an "I'm sorry for the inconvience" offering. Is that cool or should I have done more? I want everyone I trade with to have a good experience.

In my opinion you went above and beyond , if I was the other guy I would want to set up another trade to repay generosity . Showing what good BA's are about.
    Cheers

Above and beyond. Hell of a "I'm sorry" bottle.

Thats a pretty bad-ass apology. i'd inconveniently trade with you any time lol. Jokes aside, im sure your target was happy with how it worked out. good job.
