So, after having tons of trades under my belt i guess this was bound to happen. I shipped three boxes out on monday, all expected to arrive today. 2/3 are just fine but for the one i checked this popped up: 07/10/2013 10:40 A.M. Damage reported. / Damage claim under investigation. 07/10/2013 4:26 A.M. The package was left in a UPS facility. / Delivery rescheduled. 07/10/2013 4:19 A.M. The package was damaged in transit. UPS will notify the sender with the details. / Damaged merchandise discarded, balance being delivered. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage. 07/10/2013 4:19 A.M. The package was damaged in transit. UPS will notify the sender with the details. anyone ever have this notification? Know what i should expect? I am a little confused as it says balanced being delivered / delivery rescheduled and then damage claim under investigation? I still havent heard from them. I feel like no matter what, i am fucked. True/false?
I am really hoping at least the remainders get shipped out so i dont have to bite a huge financial bullet of getting these bottles and shipping them again. fuck. no matter what though, i will make it right.
