DG is about to blow up in 2017 in my opinion. They've been killing it with the New England style beers, and in their newsletter today they said they hope to start canning by March. The 3 they will can first are Infinite Highway (DIPA), Lustra (Pale), and Jam (IPA).

Tried them for the first time Saturday. Good, didn't blow me away, but NE IPAs are over-hyped, for me. That said, Iv'e had NE IPAs I've enjoyed more.

I like dg because its 10 min from my house! That said they havent blown me away like bg has with the refinement of gen braddock and getting foshomo and recertified ect on more than just 1 run per year! DG IS YOUNG af so will definitely refine their recipes as well! They are doing Good things for future of pgh consumers

Well they've got some sharp packaging, that's for sure, but working on a 10 bbl system I'm not sure they can actually "blow up". On the other hand, scarcity and rarity seem to drive the market in an odd way, so maybe.

I thought the infinite highway was exceptional. Definitely worth some hype. The other stuff I have tried is good - not great - but didn't stand out much to me as being head and shoulders better than places like Roundabout or Insurrection. I agree they have potential and if they can get cans to market of NE style pales and IPAs before BG figures that out, they have the potential to become a big deal at least locally.

Sums up my thoughts. Good but still need tweaking. No nose on any of the beers I've had though. Demerit.

Has become my new favorite in the city, convenience plays a role in that, my only knock would be lack of diversity, but they're still young, and what they do they do very well so I can;t really blame them. Cannot wait to see what they do in 2017!
