Your best bet is going to be in the quad cities. Triptych doesn't distribute to Chicago or the Chicagoland area. They do some distribution in the Quad Cities, but in my experience availability has been very hit or miss.
Might have to take a drive to I57 for some. Last year they brought some up when they were hitting up local summer beer fests, but haven't seen or heard of any coming up this year.

Rudy's in LaSalle is probably the furthest north you'll find it outside of the IL side of the QC. I'd call ahead though. Even that's a ways out of your path. EDIT: The HyVee just off 74 in Galesburg had a killer selection in general that included Triptych. Might call them too. I know the brewery just canned it this week.
