I have a cousin coming up from Danville virgina tomorrow, is there anything I should tell her to grab for me? (That will be kind of easy)

Depends on where you are. I don't know Danville well, but if she's coming up US 29, Charlottesville would be a good spot to find a few store options. If she's headed up 360 to Richmond, perhaps some RVA folks can chime in. Route means all. Good luck.

While both good suggestions, I'm afraid her easiest route to Pitt won't take her very near C'ville and nowhere near Richmond. Asking her to go through Roanoke VA might be your best bet if balancing the inconvenience. Check out Wine Gourmet and Mr. Bill's for bottles, although you'll have to do your own homework to find the distribution differences and make a list for her. Then stop in Parkway Brewing in Salem on the way out to I-81 for a growler. Not world class, but something you may not have had. Recommend the Raven's Roost porter, knowing you're a milk stout fan.

North of Roanoke there's not much easily accessible really, and there are no truly great bottle shops to speak of. I suppose a stop in Lexington at Devil's Backbone might net you something outside commercial availability, although I'm not a fan of their beers. Blue Mountain, Wild Wolf and Starr Hill are all a bit out of the path. I know Queen City and Redbeard are in Staunton but I can't speak to their quality.

If you can convince her to leave the highway for a bit at Hagerstown MD, you'll have access to a world class bottle shop called Wooden Keg. Contact the store and make her a list, or even do your own shopping and just have her pick it up.

These are pretty much the best options to explore different distribution footprints than yours.
