Going to be there all next week for work... Anything worth my time? Or should I just bring beer and drink in my hotel room?

Not much of anything at all in Danville to be honest with you, best to bring your own unless your up for a bit of a drive to pick up some things.

Edit: Actually, just remembered they have a Buffalo Wild Wings on Riverside drive that can offer some occasional good beer choices.

It's been a few years, but I'd just make a stop on your way through Greensboro.

If you do stop in the gate city, let me now. I could meet you somewhere for a beer.

Funny enough, I believe in the latest issue of BA Magazine, the main story actually mentions Danville, VA as a city whose economic development agency is aggressively seeking a brewery to open in the city

Haha! Bringing my own beer then. I will be riding up with my boss so driving elsewhere won't be an option unfortunately... Thanks for the input guys. Expect some hotel lineup shots next week as that is just about all I am going to have to do there. :/

Jake's on Main is going to be your best bet if you are eating out. They have 4 craft taps and a decent bottle selection. Across the street is Gourmet Frogs which have a few craft beers you can buy in bottles but are a little pricey.

I thought all they had was BMC.

We are going by there for the BBQ as my boss is a bit of a fanatic for good BBQ per your suggestion... I will report back.
