Dark beer tasting suggestions

    Why do people think that Stout aka Porter is a winter drink?
    Before Ales and Lagers became popular, Porter was the year round best selling beer.
    The biggest Guinness brewery is in Nigeria and excellent stout is brewed in Sri Lanka, neither is noted for severe wintry conditions :slight_smile:

    How can you have a dark beer tasting and leave out Old Rasputin.

    Guinness is the second best selling beer (behind Prestige) in Haiti, a place not known for its brisk winters.
