I retract my last statement (if it turns out to be untrue). Otherwise, I stand by what I said. ;)

I've never had a bad time or felt like my experience was ruined at a beer release. 2012 KBS day is ticketed event because a 1000+ people showed up not because people lined up early. Before KBS day founders posted they didnt mind if people camped or got in line early. They simply don't want 1000 people to show up if they only have beer for 250. These events are so easy to have fun at if you have a positive mentality :)

Why is it less expensive to buy 6x BBPt5 4-packs than a case?

I think there's a typo on BB Monster bottle size... those are supposed to be 12 oz.

Something seems off here? Can't imagine there being 4 packs of 750s. I'm going to assume BBL Monster 29 is in 12oz bottles, correct?

If anybody doesn't have enough money to get all of their Monster and BB Monster, let me know. I'm sure we can work out a deal that'll help us both.

Having said that, I will not have sex with old ladies or deal with beartraps. Those are my two bugaboos.

If one has the $$$, is this a difficult goal to achieve at this event?

Note to the first timers: don't get too excited at the list and think you need to show up super early. Even if people max out all of their allotments, there is enough for 225+ people on nearly everything. Last year, by 8:30 pm, you could still get nearly everything from the list. Majority of people don't have the cash to get everything, so it lasts a while.

Tons of people were buying one case or much less of BB Plead and very few were getting full allotments. I don't expect much to change in that regard. So much beer to go around here... can't wait!

Haha that's what I was thinking. Some asshole (from Chicago, of course) is going to buy them all and we wont get any. Then I remembered it wasn't that great and I just smirked to myself that the asshole would be stuck with 180 cases of mediocre beer.

wow, I really liked it, granted it was a four pack I had like 2 or 3 years ago. I thought it was a pretty good winter warmer, maybe time has warped my sensibilities.

I'm basically in the same boat as tinypyramids. Would love a 4-pack of BB plead and a bottle of Monster 29 and/or BB Monster 29 (although I realize with the limits on those there's not as much capacity for muling). If someone from Chicago wants to mule, I can reimburse plus add a Wisconsin exclusive or some Surly Furious. Or, I could grab some Revolution Straightjacket if you want some of that and you can't make it to that event.
