Dark Horse 4 Elf Vertical

    We did a 5 year vertical last night and the general consensus was that the 09' and 13' were the best, followed by 11', 12', and lastly the 10'. The 09' almost tasted like a sweet barleywine and was pretty complex and delicious but the 10' had a lot of syrupy molasses taste which was off-putting. A blend of the 5 was the best tasting.
