Dark Island Reserve by Orkney

    I was wondering if anyone has experience with this brew as it ages and had an approximation of when it peaks. I would love to be able to compare multiple bottles over time myself, but only have 1 since it was given as a gift by relatives who were vacationing in Scotland. It was bottled on 11/11/11. I'm just trying to avoid "boozy when fresh", or "significantly falls off after 1 year".

    The earliest you want to toiuch this is on Renembrance Day but it really could do with a couple of years in that bottle.
