So what does the Dark Lord get when you start a Dark Lord infection rumor?

    I'm reasonably sure it's wood.

Ok, I'm all caught up and ready to go. Let's get this thread going.
If anyone is opening up Dark Lord Variants, I can bring Bourbon County '12 & '13 and current variants. I'm in the west burbs of chicago and want to try that FVM and/or chemtrail for sure.

I can bring FVM 17 if someone brings chemtrail.

Bringing 12 and 13 BCBS to a Dark Lord Variant Share is like bringing a knife to a gun fight...lol Joking ,but I couldn't resist.

Can someone remind me how long FFF ages their barrel aged beers for? I'm not sure if it's know whether all the different variants get the same length of barrel aging (i.e. does BBA DL get the same length of barrel time as Handjee, Chemtrail, etc.).

That's a good question. I was under the assumption that it's around 12 months.

I don't think anyone knows for certain how long DL variants are aged for. There's been a lot of discussion about that in previous DLD threads as well, but only speculation and guessing. Three Floyds is notoriously secretive about their beers when they want to be. Unless a Three Floyds employee comments on the thread and specifies (there is one employee with an account but he rarely is on and rarely comments), or unless there in article with a credible source that specifies, we will be left guessing.
