Dark Lord (2018)

So I don't have to spend a ton of time on Google, what were the three ingredients in CPB? And more importantly how do I find you? Grassy area between the tent and guest taps at noon again this year for the Dragon Abortion bottle share?

 

Anybody else at the Best Western Crossroads something something in schererville? Was there last time so booked again. Clean, cheap and had a great share in the lobby.

 

Assuming the layout is basically the same, my suggestion would be hang out back by the initial holding pen. The grassy knoll got a little tight and made it hard to congregate.

 

All the more reason to find me, I have a few different dawgs that ill probably bring

 

I'll probably bring one or two stout bombers and a bunch of fresh Tree House stuff. My work's had awesome timing the last couple of years by sending me to a location 30 minutes away from Tree House the week before DLD. Helps me load up on freshies for the shares.

I was planning on bringing 5 double barrel beers from cycle, double barrel hunahpu, and double barrel speedway. Plan on sharing enough in entry line to get down to 3-4 bombers going in.

 

I'm curious with the wristbands this year if there'll be any protection against that. It sounds like they're scanning them on the way in and when you get bottles. Potentially that could eliminate the double dip if they don't give you bottles if your wristband wasn't scanned on entry. But I'm also probably giving them too much credit...

 

I had saved some stuff for DLD. Unfortunately, a lot of it got drunk between friends and shares. Sorry guys!

(I will find some stuff. Definitely a Fencerow, will probably have some Weldwerks between me and/or my friend from Denver that's threatening to come out).

I can’t recommend this setup enough. I bring the fobab glass with the handle from a few years ago, but it’s similar.

Being able to have a free hand is great.

 

I'm down with that. I loved the holding pen. Everybody ran inside and I got to drink crack the Skye with no line. $15 later and I was wrecked. Then the blessed tdark Lord had provided like 150 pissers, so that solved my next problem. Lot of open space with less people. You've got me sold.

Literally so excited I'm sorting thru my beer to pick some early must brings. I realize I have wayyyy too much beer. Do people still like stouts, barleywines and quads? Cuz that basically all I have. I'll bring some fresh Mikerphone IPAs too of course.

 

Anyone stay or staying at the Hammond Inn Best Western off Cline Ave? Hoping it’s ok booked for $80 a night two months ago.

 

I got group E and it's my first DLD ever and also am flying solo

 

DLD first timer here. Brother and I were brewing beer, remembered tickets went on sale at 1PM ET, and it was 12:56. Were able to score 2 group C tickets. Super stoked!

We are at the Comfort Suites in Lansing. Anyone ever stayed there?

 

You fellas need to meet up. DLD on your own can be a death sentence to any man, especially as first timers. Good luck gentleman and Godspeed.

If nothing else, it's a huge plus to be able to leave your giant backpack with someone while you visit the fecal barrels.
