I got mine for $50 back in 1995. Who knows these days.

 

Alright let's see if I have this straight. For those fortunate enough to get through on Sunday to buy 2 tx, they will get 2 tx with their name on them for the price of $60. Presumably, at the event the named ticket holder will produce a picture ID and will be allowed to enter with their "guest". So if, for some reason, the named ticket holder cannot attend the event some 6 weeks after buying these $60 tx, then both tx are useless...nice!

 

I am better prepared this year, new computer, faster internet, hopefully it is enough.

But yeah your right, if I don't get them online this year, I'm not going.

I'm sure that would be great for people who wipe their arse with Benjamin Franklin's smug, green face...but I'm sure there are many others like myself who are already all but priced out of the walez market...and we don't need more $50 bottles.

 

Good luck. I tried, my wife tried, my mom, my dad. We were 0-4. Thank god for good friends who were willing to help.

Same for me last year. I was able to score hard tickets at the brewery but I doubt they will be doing it again this year

And TONS of other beer. Those were just the highlights I remember from the 15 hours+ of drinking.

Is it better to get bottles first or wait till later in the day? Is the bottle line a giant mess?

 

The bottle line was one big clusterfuck last year. It's so crowded, it's just a mass of people.

 

I would only say Group C was a clusterfuck. Group A and B ran so smooth, and all BA DLs were still available. Group C was full of douches that forced their way through the mass of people, saying they will fight anyone that would stop them.

 

Anybody see this on the FAQ?

"Admission tickets sales will be limited to 2 per person. Dark Lord allocations will be per person, not per ticket, however."

 

Agreed, A couldn't have been smoother. We were out in ten minutes.
